Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in system architecture, computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field Master’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer engagement, solution design, or technology delivery, leadership experience preferred
- 3 years of expertise working for or servicing large US-based commercial organizations or enterprises.
- Track record in creating and closing opportunities in various infrastructure solution areas (Data Center, Digital Workspace, Networking, and Mobility) such as Multi-Site/Branch office deployments, Managed Service offerings, Data Center Transformation, Network Lifecycle Modernization, Digital Workspace Transformation, and/or Wi-Fi Modernization
- A background focused on Networking and Digital Workspace technology is desired
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling, including CAPEX/OPEX calculations specific to infrastructure solution proposals.
- Ability to ask the right questions to understand the business problem and identify the measurement or business object.
- Excellent communication and engagement skills; ability to communicate with all levels of management.
- Skilled at multitasking requirements including gathering, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting tasks across multiple user groups in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
- Ability to generate creative solutions to difficult or ambiguous problems in a group setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and business visualization skills
Preferred Locations: Western United States – (Preferred Cities: Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Denver)
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $125,000 - $145,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

A Brief Overview:
The Solution Consultant will take on a more strategic role in client engagements, leading analysis efforts, developing solutions, and providing advice to drive business transformation. Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the strategic design of innovative infrastructure-based (Digital Workspace, Networking) solutions by leveraging deep knowledge of the evolving technology landscape and maximizing internal WWT capabilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, adeptly understanding their unique needs and crafting tailored recommendations that drive value and foster long-term partnerships
- Champion the integration of WWT's diverse portfolio of offerings, introducing and promoting cross-business services to enrich client engagements and expand WWT's market presence
- Collaborate closely with WWT account teams to align sales and support efforts, driving cohesive and effective engagement strategies
- Build productive solution development teams, leveraging junior team members to support their growth and development
- Support the evaluation and establishment of project scope, value assessments, and build plans for execution.
- Identifies, assesses and supports solution design for defined client business problems for area of responsibility.
- Conduct technology assessment and technology strategy to support future business needs
- Support project planning and execution including resource management on projects.
- Help define and quantify the value of a transformation, and how to measure and track success, including defining business case and strategy/approach.
- Support thought leadership in a Solution Services capability.
