  • Build and maintain relationships with CIOs, CISOs, IT directors, IAM teams, security architects, procurement teams, system integrators, MSPs, resellers, and technology partners.
  • Create account plans, territory plans, opportunity strategies, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports in the company CRM.
  • Lead customer presentations, product demonstrations, proof-of-concept discussions, RFP/RFI responses, pricing proposals, and commercial negotiations.
  • Coordinate with sales engineering, product management, technical support, marketing, operations, and executive leadership to move opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Represent FEITIAN US at trade shows, partner events, industry conferences, webinars, and customer meetings.
  • Gather market intelligence, competitive feedback, customer requirements, and product feedback from the field and communicate insights internally.
  • Support cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the broader FEITIAN US portfolio.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in cybersecurity, identity and access management, authentication, access control, SaaS, enterprise software, hardware security, or related technology markets.
  • Demonstrated success prospecting, building pipeline, managing complex sales cycles, and closing new enterprise business.
  • Working knowledge of IAM, MFA, SSO, passwordless authentication, FIDO2/WebAuthn, PKI/PIV, smart cards, OTP, or physical/logical access-control concepts.
  • Ability to sell technical solutions to both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, including discovery, solution mapping, objection handling, business-case development, and value-based positioning.
  • Experience managing sales forecasts, CRM discipline, account plans, opportunity plans, and executive reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to lead customer presentations and coordinate RFP/RFI responses.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings, partner meetings, and industry events.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in business, computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling IAM, MFA, passwordless, Zero Trust, endpoint security, access-control, or compliance-driven security solutions.
  • Existing relationships with enterprise customers, channel partners, system integrators, MSPs, MSSPs, or identity/security technology partners.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Cisco Duo, AWS, Okta, Google Cloud, Ping Identity, CyberArk or similar authentication and identity ecosystems.
  • Experience selling hardware-plus-software bundled solutions, including devices, management platforms, services, and support contracts.
  • Experience in regulated markets such as financial services, healthcare, government, education, critical infrastructure, or large enterprise.
  • Experience working with OEM/ODM, channel sales, reseller development, or technical integration partnerships.

Success Measures

  • Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Growth of qualified pipeline for Authentication and Access Control solutions.
  • New customer acquisition and expansion of existing strategic accounts.
  • Successful execution of demos, POCs, proposals, RFPs, and partner opportunities.
  • Accurate forecasting, CRM discipline, and timely internal reporting.
