  • Promote Lean-Agile principles, DevSecOps, and continuous delivery practices across the value stream.
  • Enable end-to-end visibility and flow across marketing, sales, and customer data systems to improve decision-making and reduce time from idea to revenue.
  • Collaborate with other Solution and Enterprise Architects to ensure interoperability and architectural coherence across adjacent value streams.

What we'll want you to have:

  •  12+ years of industry experience designing and implementing solutions.
  • 8+ years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture roles.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a SAFe environment or other scaled Agile frameworks.

  • Experience with data integration, customer journey orchestration, and real-time personalization.
  • Ability to deliver technical solutions which meet all minimum requirements for quality, security and operability.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs), identity resolution, and consent management.
  • Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and API gateways.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
