The Role

Have you honed your expertise on SAP, but are looking for a bigger challenge?  Kyndryl performs SAP services for many of the Fortune 500, actively managing over 14,000 SAP instances.  With the upcoming upgrade to S/4 HANA, changes to the hosting environments, and opportunities from Cloud, data/analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Edge, the demand for SAP environments to be performant, flexible, and efficient is higher than ever.  Kyndryl is expanding its SAP consulting team to fulfill that demand.

As a SAP Finance Lead your responsibilities will include:

• Helping our top Industry-leading clients with their SAP Digital

• and Gas Industry.

• Advise and Implement SAP FICO Transformation projects.

• Collaborate with global teams and partners on a cross-functional basis to develop and deliver solutions.

• Innovate, Design, Build, and Optimize solutions to help clients build intelligent enterprises.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP Business Process Consulting, Leading Finance & Controlling Digital Transformations & providing Solution Architecture

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP FICO

• Participation in a minimum of 4 SAP Implementations, preferably global rollouts.

• Minimum of 2 ECC to S/4 HANA migrations experience

• Hands-on experience and knowledge of General Ledger, Reporting, Compliance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Product Costing & Cost Center Accounting

• Experience managing on and offshore resources and deliverables

• Experience conducting blueprint workshops for FICO areas, designing test scripts, developing complex functional specifications

• Solid understanding and experience of integrating SAP FICO module with at least two other SAP modules like MM, SD, PM and FICO sub-modules

• Has developed training document and delivered end-user training

• Help document and coordinate go-live activities, perform post go-live support and transition project(s) to long term support

• Create business process diagrams including business process procedures as necessary

• Maintain a high level of functional competency regarding standard configuration and SAP functionality by staying aware of new trends & future enhancements

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working in a larger consulting organization.

• Experience leading Pre-Sales, proposal, and RFPs

• Thorough understanding of SAP Activate Methodology

• Strong background in Oil and Gas Greenfield and brownfield implementations

• Exposure and knowledge across other Functional Modules (MM, PP, WM, OTC, etc.) is a plus

The compensation range for this position in the US is $143,640 to $273,000 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience.  For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.  The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city, or local minimum wage requirement.

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans.  You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave and paid time off.  Note: if this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
