Why Weave Exists

At Weave, our mission is to evolve how therapeutic knowledge is captured, transformed, and communicated throughout drug development. We do this by equipping human experts with AI instruments to enable drugs to be brought to patients as rapidly, safely, and inexpensively as possible.

The Weave Platform streamlines regulatory workflows from start to finish by intelligently, creatively, and effectively infusing every step with AI. Together with our customers, Weave is designing and building the AI workbench for the entire therapeutic lifecycle.

The Role & Your Mission

We are seeking a Solution Architect, reporting to our Director of Customer Success. This is a unique, end-to-end role that spans the full customer lifecycle: you'll partner with prospects during pre-sales to design a winning technical vision, then own the implementation that turns that vision into a live, working submission process. You will leverage deep regulatory affairs experience in drug development, combined with technical AI fluency, to help customers adopt and integrate Weave, our AI-driven SaaS platform for global health authority document preparation.

Your core discipline is consultative influence: understanding a customer's regulatory workflows, document standards, and existing tools deeply to design an implementation plan that actually fits how their organization works. Your secondary discipline is AI expertise: your understanding of data operations will be critical in designing detailed frameworks for each customer, while your expertise in prompting will help you translate their regulatory requirements into tailored AI templates.  You are equal parts consultant, technical architect, and expert user — credible with regulatory affairs leaders and individual contributors alike, and comfortable leading a deal from technical evaluation through implementation and expansion as you facilitate Weave and our customers’ shared goals in enabling faster evaluation & access to therapies.

What You’ll Own
  • Pre-Sales Solutioning. Partner with Sales and Product as the technical and regulatory expert in the room during evaluation, running discovery on a prospect's regulatory workflows, document standards, and tech stack, then translating that into impactful product demonstrations, pilot experiences, and credible implementation plans that give prospects confidence Weave can be adopted successfully inside their organization.
  • Implementation & Onboarding. Partner with Customer Success to define and co-lead each customer's implementation end-to-end. You will scope and map data and workflow changes and deliver AI template customizations.
  • Process & Systems. Build repeatable, stage-appropriate processes for consulting, implementation, and define criteria for a successful implementation, so delivery stays consistently effective and efficient as the customer base scales.
  • Account Advocacy & Collaboration. Champion full adoption across each customer organization, and serve as the conduit between customers and Product/Engineering, turning real regulatory workflows, user-stories, and data patterns into product feedback.
What You’ll Bring
  • Regulatory depth: Deep, hands-on experience with drug development regulatory workflows and submission processes to global health authorities.
  • AI and data fluency: Comfortable reasoning about a customer's tech stack and data flows, and skilled at prompting- translating a customer's regulatory requirements into tailored AI templates.
  • Consultant mindset: You understand that process improvement requires innovation and change, and is as much about understanding an organization’s people and process as it is about technical configuration.
  • Builder and closer: You're equally comfortable in a pre-sales room shaping a technical win and in the trenches running a multi-month implementation to completion.
  • Outstanding educator and communicator: You enjoy training people, and you can flex between an executive audience and hands-on end users.
  • 7-10+ years of experience supporting regulatory submissions within pharma or biotech organizations
  • Bachelors in Life Sciences or a related field; Masters is a plus.
