Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Solutions Architect with a strong background in the telecommunications industry and solutions engineering. This role is pivotal in driving the initial stages of the sales journey, engaging with technical and business stakeholders, and effectively presenting our platform's value proposition to prospective customers. You will play a crucial role in deal qualification, managing inbound leads from marketing efforts, SEO strategies, and referral channels.

As the first point of contact in the inbound sales process, you will lead solution discovery, proposal development, and solution curation. This role requires a balance of technical expertise and the ability to communicate complex solutions to technically savvy audiences, with a strong focus on delivering tangible business outcomes and fostering lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Presentation & Pitching:

    • Lead sales presentations and technical demos, effectively communicating the benefits of our platform to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    • Tailor pitches to address specific business pain points, emphasizing efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

  • Technical Discovery & Proposal Development:

    • Conduct detailed technical discovery sessions with prospects to uncover requirements, challenges, and opportunities.

    • Develop customized solutions, write proposals, and contribute to the development of commercial offers.

  • Accountability & Sales Support:

    • Own the sales process from discovery to contract signing, ensuring customer expectations are clearly understood and met.

  • Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing:

    • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to refine sales pitches and materials, ensuring alignment with market messaging and customer needs.

    • Be an advocate for the customer internally, providing valuable feedback to the product and engineering teams to shape future solution offerings.

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience:

    • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a technical sales engineering or solutions engineering role, ideally in the telecommunications industry or with MVNx.

    • Experience working directly with MVNOs and a solid background in telecommunications technology and solution sales is essential.

    • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, API integrations, and telecommunications software solutions - including BSS/OSS systems.

    • Familiarity with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies in the MVNO space.

  • Technical Knowledge:

    • Solid understanding of telecom architectures, services, and platforms.

    • Knowledge of MVNO models (full/light/thin), and telecommunications operations, including billing, network management, and customer provisioning.

  • Sales & Presentation Skills:

    • Proven ability to engage with technically savvy audiences, delivering clear, persuasive, and well-structured pitches, demos, and presentations.

    • Experience in driving a full pre-sales cycle: from technical discovery and qualification through proof-of-concept design, proposal development, to handoff with a strong focus on meeting customer expectations and delivering on promises.

    • Fluent English / Spanish speaker

  • Customer-Centric Approach:

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build relationships and trust with customers and internal teams.

    • A consultative mindset with a focus on understanding customer challenges and designing tailored solutions.

Nice to Haves:
  • Ability to manage large, complex deals, including multi-million line agreements.

  • Experience in the Mexican telecommunications market

  • Familiarity with TM Forum frameworks

What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary and stock option incentive program

  • Company paid healthcare

  • Flexible work arrangements

  • Company sponsored team-lunches and company retreats

  • International organization that enables you to work across boundaries, travel to different locations, and enjoy the dynamics of a rapidly growing startup

  • A diverse and inclusive team.

  • We welcome applicants from all backgrounds to apply regardless of race, ethnicity, age, disability status or other defining characteristics.
