We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Solutions Engineer l to develop and optimize fulfillment solutions, pricing strategies, and cost structures within our supply chain operations.
This role will focus on designing scalable, cost-effective, and high-value supply chain solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support go-to-market (GTM) efforts.
The ideal candidate has a strong industrial engineering background, experience in process optimization, and a deep understanding of fulfillment operations, facility design, automation, and cost analysis. They will interact directly with prospective customers and internal stakeholders to ensure effective solution development.

What You'll Do:

Solutions Engineering & Optimization

  • Design customized fulfillment solutions integrating software, parcel, fixed pricing, automation, and facility flow.

  • Optimize facility layouts, process flows, and labor models to reduce costs and enhance pricing competitiveness.

  • Assess and implement automation strategies to improve operational efficiency and solution value.

  • Evaluate facility design, material handling, and operational processes to maximize throughput and performance.

Pricing & Cost Strategy

  • Develop pricing models that incorporate fulfillment, software, parcel, and fixed costs.

  • Conduct cost analysis and scenario modeling to inform strategic pricing decisions.

  • Partner with finance and FP&A teams to align pricing with financial goals and margin targets.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Engage with prospective customers to understand fulfillment needs and propose optimized solutions.

  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance to ensure alignment on solution design and pricing.

  • Support solution implementation by partnering with operations and implementation teams.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 2+ years in solutions engineering, industrial engineering, pricing, or related supply chain roles.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

  • Strong knowledge of fulfillment, warehousing, automation, and material flow optimization.

  • Experience with cost modeling, pricing strategy, and supply chain financial analysis.

  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executives and customers.

  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and optimization tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.).

Bonus Points:
  • Experience with 3PL, fulfillment operations, and parcel solutions.

  • Knowledge of warehouse automation technologies and cost-benefit analysis.

  • Familiarity with go-to-market strategies and sales collaboration in a supply chain context.

  • Prior start-up experience.

  • Pre-sales experience.
