At Qohash, we’re building on a proven foundation in Canada to take data security global. As AI adoption accelerates and data sovereignty becomes a board-level imperative across regulated markets worldwide, we believe security must scale differently, without moving or copying data.

We look for bold, mission-driven individuals who are energized by meaningful impact, not incremental change. You thrive in high-stakes, fast-moving environments where policy, technology, and cross-border expansion converge. You take ownership, embrace constructive conflict, and act with accountability even when the path isn’t fully defined.

We value people who combine technical depth with strategic clarity, leaders who pursue excellence relentlessly, demonstrate resilience under pressure, and collaborate across disciplines to protect the world’s most sensitive data.

If you’re motivated to help carry a proven Canadian technology champion onto the global stage, read on.

Company culture is at our core

Our 5 core values are more than just words; they are a way of life for us. We know that companies with a strong culture & a higher purpose perform better in the long run.

Do our values speak to you?

Pursuit of excellence
Data security companies that aren’t constantly improving every aspect of what they mean by ‘excellent’ shouldn’t exist.

Resilience
Security is a marathon without a finish line. Our customers and employees must have the support they need.

Mission focus
We are here to protect the world’s most sensitive data and create a safer digital future for all.

Accountability
Trust is earned through actions, not blame or wishful thinking. Fulfill promises and take responsibility for mistakes.

Embracing conflict
To reach consensus and problem-solve quickly, it’s important to communicate honestly and courageously.

Who you are

You’re a technical expert who brings enterprise solutions experience and an AI-native mindset to complex, multi-region pre-sales environments. You’ve spent 5-7 years navigating sophisticated enterprise buying cycles, and you know how to earn trust at both the technical and executive levels across different cultures and regulatory contexts. Covering Quebec and European territories, you understand that data sovereignty and privacy regulations are not just compliance checkboxes but board-level concerns for your buyers.

You are a natural educator and persuasive communicator who leads, not just supports, the closing of complex enterprise sales. You help shape regional go-to-market strategy, and bring a deep curiosity for technology, especially cybersecurity, while connecting technical outcomes directly to business value. You embrace AI as a force multiplier in how you prepare, present, and win.

  • Serve as the primary technical resource throughout the sales cycle across Quebec and European territories, leading customer engagements including demos, workshops, and proof-of-concept deployments to drive new business and expansion.
  • Lead technical discovery to assess prospects’ environments, identify gaps, and define success criteria that guide proposal design and accelerate deals.
  • Maintain awareness of the AI, DSPM, and data security marketspace, understanding how evolving AI capabilities support customer objectives, and clearly articulate the resulting business impact to technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Enable, support, and train partners on Qohash solutions to drive new revenue through partner-led and co-sell motions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support RFP responses, revenue-generating initiatives, and strategic expansion plans for existing accounts by defining additional use cases and value opportunities as a technical expert.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the competitive landscape, handle technical objections with credibility, and act as the voice of the customer internally, channeling product feedback, feature requests, and technical gaps to your teammates.
  • Develop technical narratives and demo environments that connect revenue conversations to real-world outcomes, tailored to the regulatory and business contexts of Quebec and European markets, keeping pace with evolving product capabilities and roadmap.
  • Travel to meet business requirements, including in-person meetings, conferences, and trade shows across Quebec and European markets, with willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
