About the Role:
We're looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our growing team and work with our expanding customer base to adopt Physics AI for their most challenging engineering problems. You'll partner closely with our sales team to lead technical evaluations, demonstrate platform capabilities, and design solutions that transform how our customers approach CAE and simulation workflows.
What you'll do in this Role:
- Lead technical discovery and scoping for Physics AI use cases with customers
- Develop and deliver compelling demonstrations that showcase Luminary technology
- Create detailed technical proposals, including cost analyses and performance benchmarking
- Work hands-on with customer simulation data to validate model accuracy and quantify workflow improvements
- Support customers through pilot programs, from initial evaluation to production deployment
- Present at customer sites and industry conferences to demonstrate Physics AI capabilities
- Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to translate customer needs into Luminary platform enhancements
What we're looking for:
A self-motivated engineer with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder technical evaluations. Primarily:
- 3-5+ years of experience in solutions/application engineering, technical sales, or customer-facing roles
- Strong engineering background (Mechanical, Aerospace, or related field) with deep understanding of CAE and simulation workflows
- Good understanding of machine learning applications in engineering or physics-informed AI models
- Comfortable with Python scripting and API integrations for workflow automation
- Excellent communicator who can engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
Ways to Stand Out:
- Experience with HPC environments and cloud computing platforms
- Background working with aerospace, automotive, defense, or turbomachinery customers
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in an engineering field
