Your Most Important Initiatives:
- Lead technical discovery and requirements gathering
- Understand and document the customer’s current-state processes, pain points, systems, data sources, users, and desired future state.
- Translate customer requirements into clearly documented solution designs and recommended
- SiteDocs configurations.
- Build tailored forms, workflows, dashboards, reports, automations, and proofs of concept for prospective customers.
- Adapt demonstrations and proofs of concept to reflect the customer’s actual processes, terminology, data, and business outcomes.
- Validate technical feasibility before commitments are made to customers.
- Identify technical risks, product limitations, dependencies, and potential implementation challenges early in the sales process.
- Triage complex requests and determine whether they should be addressed through configuration, implementation services, Support, Product, Engineering, integration work, or custom development.
- De-escalate complex or sensitive customer situations by clarifying the issue, establishing ownership, and creating a clear action plan.
What you bring
- Prior experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, product support, or customer faciling technical role
- Experience gathering business and technical requirements and translating them into practical solution designs
- Experience configuring or building software solutions such as workflows, automations
- Software development expeirence is an asse
- You can translate defined customer needs into clear business and technical requirements
- You can map a customer’s current process, identify gaps, and design an improved future state workflow
- You are comfortable building and configuring basic forms, workflows, dashboards, reports, and POCs
- You can quickly learn new software tools and understand how different systems, data sources, and workflows interact.
- You can explain technical concepts clearly to non technical stakeholders
- You ask thoughtful follow up questions and are comfortable respectfully challenging unclear or incomplete requirements
- You remain calm and solutions focused when customers are frustrated, or when requirements change or technical issues arise
