  • Serve as solution architect for complex client requirements, defining client-specific approaches across compliance, cloud, security, technology, and operating-model considerations.
  • Drive pre-sales technical activities from opportunity identification through closing, including discovery calls, needs assessments, solution scoping, proof of concepts, pilots, and technical validation.
  • Partner with sales, delivery, and marketing teams to develop proposals, statements of work, pricing models, estimates, assumptions, and value narratives.
  • Develop and present architecture diagrams, implementation roadmaps, solution demonstrations, presentations, RFI/RFP responses, and other technical validation artifacts that make complex decisions understandable.
  • Incorporate partner capabilities into solution strategy while maintaining clear accountability for Workstreet's scope, recommendations, and client commitments.

  • Experience selling to technical buyers (CTOs, CISOs, IT leaders, founders, engineering leaders).
  • Experience working in HubSpot.

  • A reliable, high-speed internet connection and a professional home office environment that supports confidential conversations, virtual interviews, and uninterrupted collaboration.
  • Commitment to working a standard schedule of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM in your local time to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.
  • Willingness and ability to travel locally for occasional onsite meetings, team gatherings, or business activities as needed.
