About the Role

As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll serve as the technical bridge between our product, engineering, and customer teams. You’ll design and implement end-to-end solutions that help our partners integrate, deploy, and scale our technology to meet their unique needs. This role blends solutions development, systems architecture, and customer engagement—you’ll be hands-on with APIs, data workflows, and cloud infrastructure while collaborating closely with our partners and stakeholders across the organization to meet real-world clinical and operational needs.

 

 

What You'll Do

  • Design and develop custom solutions and integrations for key partners and customers
  • Implement new solutions across data flow, APIs, cloud and event-driven infrastructure
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance core platform capabilities
  • Lead technical discovery sessions and translate business requirements into system designs
  • Work with vendors and external partners on technology implementations.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex integration or production issues
  • Document and share best practices to improve implementation efficiency and scalability
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure smooth software deployment and integration.
  • Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.


Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; experience in healthcare, health tech, or SaaS strongly preferred.
  • Operates with extreme ownership, urgency, and follow-through
  • Highly versatile technical skill set (e.g., APIs, cloud, databases, distributed systems, automation)
  • Experience in software development, cloud platforms, DevOps, and IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills who thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication skills—able to synthesize and present information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Curious and creative—always exploring new technologies and better ways to solve problems
  • Passionate about turning ideas into working solutions that deliver measurable impact
