We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to play a critical role in both pre-sales and post-sales engagements, acting as a bridge between our technical capabilities and customer needs. You will work closely with Account Executives during the sales cycle and collaborate with the Product and Engineering team post-sale to ensure seamless implementation and customer success.

• Partner with Account Executives (AEs) to support technical pre-sales efforts, including custom product demos, solution design, and proof-of-concepts tailored to customer requirements.
• Address technical objections and articulate the value of our solution to ensure customer confidence.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding prospects and customers through the evaluation and adoption of our platform.
• Build, maintain and document demos, and POCs. 
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth pilot and implementation process, working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations.

• 5+ years of experience in customer facing technical roles.
• Technical experience in data engineering, ETL, data applications, data science
• Developer experience in at least one of the following. python, scala, java, or R.
• Understanding of GenAI concepts and agentic frameworks.
• Strong technical aptitude, with experience working with public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical features into real-world business value for customers.
• Startup experience—comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced environment.
• Proven success supporting technical buyers and collaborating on closing deals.

The pay range for this role is:

150,000 - 200,000 USD per year (HQ)
