The Solutions Engineer collaborates with sales to meet customer needs, conducts demos, develops proposals, and ensures product implementation and support.
Description
We’re looking for a skilled and customer-focused Sales Engineer who is passionate about cybersecurity. If you excel at understanding customer needs, providing technical solutions, and supporting sales efforts, we want to hear from you!
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of Linx Security's solutions.
- Develop and deliver technical proposals, including detailed product information and system integration plans.
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of our products for new customers.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers during the pre-sales and post-sales process.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to provide relevant and effective solutions.
- Act as a technical liaison between customers and the product development team.
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of experience as a solutions engineer or in a similar technical role, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using technical tools and software for system configuration and troubleshooting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
