Jamloop is building the next generation of performance-driven advertising for the streaming TV era.

We help brands and agencies turn CTV into a measurable, accountable growth channel, connecting advertising directly to real business outcomes, both online and offline. Our platform combines proprietary bidding, premium direct inventory, and advanced audience targeting to run high-performance CTV campaigns with precision.

We believe streaming TV advertising should do more than build awareness. It should drive business growth.

Jamloop is a lean, high-expectation team operating in a high-growth environment. The opportunity here is real: to build, shape, and scale alongside a company defining the future of performance advertising.

Role Overview

Jamloop is hiring a Solutions Engineer to serve as the connective tissue between our customers, revenue teams, and product organization.

This role sits at the intersection of Product & Engineering, Sales, and Client Success. While positioned within the Client Success organization, the Product Solutions Engineer functions as an extension of Product, bringing market intelligence, customer feedback, and real-world use cases into product discussions while helping prospects and customers understand the full value of the Jamloop platform.

The ideal candidate combines deep adtech expertise with exceptional communication skills and strong product instincts. You are equally comfortable leading a strategic product demonstration, facilitating a discovery conversation with a prospective customer, participating in roadmap planning discussions, or translating customer feedback into actionable product recommendations.

In the near term, success comes from elevating product demonstrations, improving technical discovery, and helping prospects understand how Jamloop's platform drives measurable business outcomes. Over time, this role becomes a trusted voice in product strategy by identifying market opportunities, surfacing customer needs, validating product direction, and influencing roadmap priorities.

This is not a traditional Sales Engineer role focused solely on supporting deals. This is a product expert who happens to sit within Revenue, someone who serves as the voice of the customer internally while ensuring customers and prospects clearly understand where the platform is today and where it is going tomorrow.

The Solutions Engineer will be expected to participate in roadmap reviews, product planning discussions, and feature feedback sessions as a core stakeholder, helping ensure product investments align with customer needs, market opportunities, and commercial priorities.

    • Translate platform capabilities into customer-specific business outcomes

    • Support technical discovery and solution design throughout the sales process

    • Voice of the Customer

      • Capture recurring customer feedback, feature requests, workflow challenges, and market needs

      • Serve as a structured conduit between customer-facing teams and Product

            • Provide strategic recommendations that strengthen product positioning and differentiation

            • Surface opportunities for innovation and commercial growth

            •

              Must-Haves

              • 4+ years of experience in AdTech, MarTech, digital advertising, or related technology environments

              • 2+ years working directly with a DSP, programmatic buying platform, SSP, ad server, measurement platform, or related advertising technology

              • Strong understanding of CTV, programmatic advertising, audience targeting, attribution, and campaign measurement

              • Proven experience leading customer-facing product demonstrations, solution consultations, or technical presentations

              • Ability to translate complex platform capabilities into clear business value

              • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills

              • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success

              • Comfortable operating independently and influencing without direct authority

What Success Looks Like in 6–12 Months

    • Product demonstrations consistently improve prospect engagement, evaluation quality, and sales effectiveness

    • Customer feedback is systematically captured, prioritized, and incorporated into product discussions

    • Product and Engineering teams view this role as a trusted source of market intelligence and customer insight

    • Revenue teams have greater confidence discussing product capabilities, roadmap direction, and platform differentiation

    • Product roadmap conversations increasingly reflect real-world customer needs and market opportunities

    • Prospects and customers gain a deeper understanding of Jamloop's value proposition and strategic vision

    • The feedback loop between customers, Revenue, and Product is faster, more structured, and more actionable

    • The Product Solutions Engineer is recognized internally as a key bridge between market needs and product strategy
