Arm is seeking a Robotics Solutions Lead to bridge the gap between innovative robotics technology and real-world customer outcomes. This is an Engineering role in the Go-To-Market (GTM) team focused on building full-stack robotics solutions that can be used for internal reference to drive SOC IP architecture and design and used to enable customers to have a quick start for robotics platforms based on Arm's compute platform. The small team this person will orchestrate, work closely with a broad matrix of software, ML and tooling expertise across the company to build representative solutions stacks. In this position you will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to understand customer requirements, architect end-to-end robotics solutions, and accelerate adoption across key verticals. This role requires a blend of deep technical robotics expertise, commercial competence, and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement & Pre-Sales partnership with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and develop technical strategy.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to define customer workflows, constraints, and expectations.
- Translate business problems into scalable robotics software architectures.
- Deliver technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs with solution architectures and product documentation.
- Design end-to-end solutions including hardware, software, AI/ML, perception, control systems, and cloud integration.
- Define system architecture diagrams, integration plans, and deployment models.
- Provide guidance on safety, compliance, and regulatory considerations.
- Collaborate with technical teams, ensuring feasibility and roadmap alignment.
- Identify reusable solution patterns to accelerate future deployments.
- Develop vertical-specific solution playbooks (e.g., logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, agriculture).
- Enable Sales with technical collateral, reference architectures, and training.
- Represent Arm in customer meetings, industry events, and conferences.
- Gather market feedback and translate insights into product requirements.
- Guide deployment and customer success support
- Oversee pilot deployments and ensure successful solution validation.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor during early production rollouts.
- Coordinate with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
Necessary skills and experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in robotics, automation, or autonomous systems.
- Experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing architecture roles.
- Strong understanding of robotics systems integration, sensors (LiDAR, vision, IMU), motion planning, AI/ML for perception, and cloud/edge architectures.
- Experience with ROS or similar robotics frameworks.
- Experience with benchmarking, performance positioning, and TCO/ROI modeling
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience deploying robotics solutions in industrial or commercial environments.
- Familiarity with safety standards (ISO, ANSI/RIA, CE).
- Knowledge of robotic fleet management systems.
- MBA or demonstrated commercial/business intuition.
- Experience in high-growth startup environments.
