About the role and what you'll be doing: 

We are looking for a Solutions Marketing Manager to join Ensono’s growing marketing organization. In this role, you will own and execute solution-level positioning and go-to-market activities for defined offerings across Ensono’s portfolio, including mainframe, hybrid cloud, AI, data, consulting, and managed services. 


You will be responsible for translating complex technical capabilities into clear, outcome-driven solution narratives that support sales execution, campaigns, partner engagement, and analyst interactions. This role works closely with sales, delivery, product, alliances, corporate communications, campaigns, and analyst relations to ensure Ensono’s solutions are positioned consistently and credibly in the market. 


Job Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain solution-level messaging and positioning for assigned solutions, aligned to buyer needs and business outcomes 
  • Translate complex technical offerings into clear value propositions, use cases, and customer-facing narratives 
  • Develop industry specific content and positioning that reflects the unique challenges and needs and positions Ensono solutions appropriately 
  • Execute go-to-market plans for priority solutions, including personas, industries, and use cases, in partnership with GTM and campaign teams 
  • Create and maintain solution playbooks, pitch decks, talk tracks, and sales enablement materials 
  • Respond to sales requests with timely, accurate solution messaging and supporting content 
  • Collaborate with delivery, product, and engineering teams to ensure messaging reflects real-world capabilities and customer outcomes 
  • Support alliance and partner solution messaging (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, IBM, Snowflake) as needed 
  • Partner with analyst relations and competitive intelligence teams to incorporate market insights into solution narratives 
  • Support analyst briefings, thought leadership, events, and industry engagements with solution-level content 
  • Contribute to website content, campaign messaging, and executive presentations tied to assigned solutions 
  • Track and assess the effectiveness of solution marketing and enablement efforts for owned solutions

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience 
  • 3–5 years of experience in solutions marketing, product marketing, go-to-market marketing, or a related role 
  • Experience in technology services, managed services, cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise IT 
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills 
  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts 
  • Experience supporting sales enablement and GTM execution 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities 
  • Client- and outcome-oriented mindset 
  • Experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $95,000 - $120,000 annually based on a full-time schedule. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, include an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
