ABOUT PROJECTOur client is one of the largest British-American insurance brokers globally, specializing in risk management, insurance and reinsurance brokerage, and investment banking solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience as a technical leader or lead developer, responsible for guiding team decisions, enforcing standards, and ensuring delivery quality
- 7-10+ years of experience with C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework
- Experience with Azure native microservices architecture & Azure services (AI search, key vault, AKS, storage queue, Azure Functions, event hub, APIm)
- Security protocols: OAuth 2.0 (OKTA)
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker
- Hands-on experience in building RESTful APIs based on API management
- Minimal API standard knowledge
- Good knowledge of CI/CD based on DevOps services, terraform
- Hands-on experience in Unit Testing using Xunit / Nunit
- ORMs: EF6
- Following DDD (Data Driven Design)
- Understanding canonical APIs approach
- Experience with databases (CosmosDB, MS SQL, etc.)
- Understanding APMs
- Databricks experience
- Advanced level of English
NICE TO HAVE
- Monitoring (Datadog, etc.)
- Experience with cloud-native services such as SignalR, Functions
- Cache technologies (Redis cache, etc.)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain reliable, high-quality, and performant software aligned with technical requirements and best practices
- Analyze requirements, estimate work, and define clear scope and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate delivery with the Project Manager, ensuring alignment on timelines, risks, and technical constraints, and meeting delivery commitments
- Define and enforce architecture, coding standards, and best practices; drive technical decisions and guide long-term architecture direction
- Ensure technical feasibility, scalability, and sustainability of solutions and roadmap initiatives
- Mentor, coach, and support team members’ growth, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, quality, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with other technical leaders to ensure alignment, compatibility, and reuse across systems
- Improve Agile practices, CI/CD pipelines, and team workflows to increase efficiency and predictability
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, training, and continuous learning initiatives
- Provide technical input on team composition, required skills, onboarding, and staffing decisions
