As a Lead Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects for C5ISR sustainment efforts, working closely with SOF commands to maintain, repair, and modernize C5ISR equipment, including Next Generation Tactical Radios and auxiliary equipment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
Coordinate and communicate with SOF commands, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project requirements are met
Utilize knowledge of specialized L3Harris family of Falcon radios and understanding of communication systems using all frequency bands
Travel required, including CONUS travel and potentially to OCONUS locations
Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to ensure project goals are achieved
Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop and implement risk management plans
Develop and maintain relationships with SOF commands and stakeholders to ensure continued support and collaboration
