Responsibilities
  • Drive performance for Commercial KPI deliverables in Area South East Asia

  • Provide in-depth analysis and insights to senior leadership in ASE and stakeholders

  • Analyze various KPIs and guide sales organization to identify opportunities to achieve target

  • Support and / or implement the commercial project rollout or ad hoc commercial campaigns

  • Particulate in regular collaborating calls with stakeholders

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Logistics, or related disciplines.
  • Experience in Commercial, Business Analytics, Business Controlling, Sales Performance, Reporting, or related functions.
  • Internal analytical system(QV, Qliksens or etc) and decent level of MS office skill
  • Excellent and effective communication skills – verbal and written in English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into meaningful business insights.
  • Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Qlik Sense, QlikView, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
