What we offer
Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We were the first company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries, and have since expanded into several other assets. We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto.
Founded by folks from Goldman Sachs Digital Assets Team, we’re backed by some of the best investors in the world including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more. We are currently the leaders in the space in terms of AUM and are well capitalized to continue growing the firm. We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S.
We are hiring an Investment Operations Specialist to strengthen execution across Ondo’s four Investment Operations pillars: Front Office Trading, Back Office Accounting, Client & Outbound Onboarding, and Client Support.
This role is designed for a flexible, high-agency operator who can move across workflows, take ownership of defined operational domains (including corporate actions and asset listings), and improve the systems that support our tokenized products (OUSG, USDY, and Ondo Global Markets).
The ideal candidate is organized, analytically strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in evolving environments. This individual will support front-office trading workflows, fully own corporate actions processes, contribute to onboarding and client support infrastructure, and help enhance internal tooling and automation as the platform scales.
- Support execution across tokenized treasury and equity products.
- Monitor broker cash balances and liquidity levels.
- Own corporate actions processing end-to-end (dividends, splits, mergers, ETF distributions, ADR events), including research, coordination, and documentation.
- Support new asset listings and operational readiness for securities added to Ondo Global Markets.
- Assist with collateral tracking and bespoke loan arrangements.
- Perform select onchain operational tasks (bridging, approvals, manual or non-standard transactions) in coordination with the team.
- Monitor operational alerts and escalate discrepancies as needed.
Automation & Tooling
- Enhance internal Retool dashboards and operational reporting tools.
- Improve visibility into positions, cash balances, and operational workflows.
- Identify recurring manual processes and propose scalable improvements.
- Support implementation of AI-enabled workflows where appropriate.
- Strengthen internal documentation and operational clarity.
Client & Outbound Onboarding
- Support operational enhancements within HubSpot-based onboarding workflows.
- Improve reporting and data integrity across onboarding pipelines.
- Assist in structuring and improving outbound onboarding processes.
- Support KYC refreshes and documentation updates.
Client Support
- Improve documentation and knowledge resources used for internal and client-facing queries.
- Support development of scalable inbound and outbound support workflows.
- Assist with cross-functional operational issue resolution.
- Provide backup coverage across select critical workflows.
- 5+ years of experience in investment operations, fintech, fund operations, trading operations, or a similarly fast-paced financial environment.
- Experience operating across multiple workflows (e.g., trade execution, reconciliations, onboarding, client coordination).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and comfort managing capital flows and operational processes.
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
- Strong written communication and documentation skills.
- Experience improving operational processes, dashboards, or internal tooling.
- Experience processing corporate actions.
- Exposure to digital assets, tokenized products, or onchain workflows.
- Experience working with brokers, custodians, or fund administrators.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Retool, or similar operational systems.
- Experience leveraging automation tools or AI to improve workflow efficiency.
- Competitive compensation including but not limited to salary, future token rights, and/or equity (according to your preferences) — We are well-funded and believe that great talent deserves great compensation.
- Full benefits (medical, vision, and dental) and flexible vacation policy (PTO).
- Remote-first team across many countries — You will be an early team member helping shape our vision, culture, and design practices.
- A+ colleagues — Our team includes alumni from: Goldman Sachs, Blackrock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, McKinsey, Circle, Uniswap.
- Best-in-class investors — We are proud to be backed by leading crypto experts and VCs, including Pantera Capital, Founders Fund and Coinbase Ventures.
