Location: New York City, New York | Dallas Fort-Worth, Texas | Boca Raton, Florida | San Francisco, California | Los Angeles, California

Compensation: We hire candidates across our US office locations and at varying levels of experience. Our posted salary ranges reflect differences in both location and experience, with final compensation determined once a candidate’s background and location are confirmed.

Work Authorization: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship or continuation for this position.

As a Specialist your focus is delivering high-quality, best-in-class work for clients within the Programmatic Practice.

What you do

  • Using your knowledge to deliver brilliant campaigns that outperform KPIs, to budget and on-time. Follow all best practice and QA processes.
  • Deliver highly insightful reporting on campaign performance with a good understanding of how this connects to other practices.
  • You’ll be an advocate for the practice with Associates and help to grow knowledge and skills across this population. You will also start to build your knowledge of other practices.
  • Develop ideas for process improvements, innovation and automation that drive measurable impact for your client or practice.
  • Have regular exposure to clients and develop your presentation skills.

Who you are

  • 12+ months of successful experience delivering activation for clients in a practice. 
  • Experience in creating programmatic campaigns
  • Experience in DV360
  • Passionate about growing your career in marketing and the knowledge of others around you. 
  • Demonstrable skills in strategy, innovation, and client management.
  • A good understanding about how other channels work and optimise together.
  • A confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator with excellent presentation skills.
  • Advancing data analysis and storytelling skills.
  • Someone with strong attention to detail, who is methodical and process orientated and has demonstrated a very high quality of work.
