ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
•Partner with District Managers to boost spirit sales, develop strategic plans, and achieve sales targets.
•Guide the growth of supplier’s brand priorities and awareness in market to achieve KPIs and account activation
•Work with supplier partners to drive key initiatives in the market and within the sales organization
•Drive sales and execute key spirit initiatives across accounts, both on and off-premises.
•Collaborate with Sales Management and team to prepare market work opportunities and spirits category development
•Work with Spirits Portfolio Manager on supplier communications, marketing strategies, and prospecting new brands for portfolio growth.
•Keep ahead of market and industry trends, identifying target account types and new opportunities.
•Serve as a spirits portfolio authority, creating educational tools and leading large-group presentations and training sessions.
•Support accounts with tastings, staff trainings, consumer events, and maintain active engagement on social media platforms in line with corporate policy.

• New supplier development on-boarding with Winebow

• Boost spirit sales and brand growth through account development.
•Achieve key goals: i.e. expand distribution, open new accounts, and conduct staff training.
•Serve as the go-to spirits expert, educating the sales team on products and categories spirits knowledge.

OTHER FUCTIONS:
Follow all safety policies and procedures; communicate hazards and/or suggest improvements to Manager. Other duties as assigned by the manager needed to enhance Winebow Spirits.
WORKING CONDITIONs:
Field sales, significant travel by automobile/public transportation; travel by airplane/train and overnight stays may be required. Events during participation outside of corporate business hours. Lifting up to 45 lbs., bending, sitting, carrying, standing, manual dexterity, reaching, visual acuity, driving.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Five plus years of industry experience.

• High level of Whiskey knowledge, particularly American Whiskey
• Supervisory experiences strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated computer knowledge, including MS Office suite.
• Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills, including strong presentation skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000.00.  This position is also eligible for a bonus of 20% quarterly.  We also offer a comprehensive benefits package of medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, 401k with company match, employee purchase program (where licensed) and paid time off. If you are hired at Winebow, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education and/or experience.  In addition to those factors, we consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer.
