Job Summary -
Chewy Advertising is seeking a collaborative, resourceful, data-driven seller to help ensure every brand on Chewy participates in our Retail Media Network. As an Account Executive, you will activate brands that sell on Chewy but are not yet advertising, building a pipeline and converting vendors to self-service campaigns at scale.
Chewy has existing relationships with these brands, and their familiarity with retail media varies widely-from limited awareness to experienced marketers. You will use that context to prioritize cohorts, tailor outreach, and remove blockers to activation.
Campaigns are self-service with significant automation, enabling you to manage high volume efficiently. You will also identify high-upside brands and provide light strategic guidance to accelerate growth and help them transition into more managed support when appropriate.

The base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $176,000.00.

What You'll Do -
- Identify, prioritize, and convert advertisers across long-tenured and new to Chewy cohorts
- Build processes that scale using segmentation, automation, and one-to-many programs.
- Partner cross-functionally to align on context, priorities, and messaging that drives adoption.
- Lead consultative discussions, translating vendor goals into advertising recommendations.
- Drive a test-and-learn motion to prove impact and unlock follow-on investment.
- Monitor performance signals post-launch and nurture high-upside brands with periodic recommendations to transition from test to scale.
- Improve the activation plan by simplifying workflows and inventing better ways of working.
What You'll Need -
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years experience in digital advertising sales, business development, or consultative selling with measurable new business/activation outcomes.
- Proven ability to build pipeline, run discovery, and move prospects from interest to launch in ambiguous environments.
- Strong written/verbal communication and organizational skills; able to manage high volume while prioritizing impact.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook; comfortable working with data and able to quickly learn Tableau (or equivalent BI tools).
- Ability to influence without authority and collaborate cross-functionally; continuous improvement mindset.

- The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.
