Our Values and Leadership Behaviors

Role Summary

ecoATM is looking for an experienced, strategic Senior Manager of Account Management to own and grow a portfolio of our retail partnerships. This is a senior individual-contributor role built for someone with real account management chops — someone who can dig into the numbers and turn them into a presentation that lands in the room, stay organized while juggling hundreds of store launches at once, transform a chaotic spreadsheet into something genuinely useful, and keep a retailer relationship strong even when things get bumpy.

This role carries all the seniority, scope, and autonomy of a Senior Manager or Director-level account leader — without the people-management load. It's built for someone who wants to stay close to the account, not manage a team.

What You Will Do:

  • Account Ownership: Own the relationship and act as the primary point of contact for your assigned retail accounts.
  • Account Planning: Build and execute account plans that grow kiosk placements, improve performance, and deepen ecoATM's integration with each partner.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze retailer and internal performance data to identify issues and build data-backed recommendations for new placements and optimization.
  • Business Reviews: Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and joint business planning that connect ecoATM's performance to each retailer's own strategic and financial priorities.
  • Executive & Stakeholder Relationships: Cultivate relationships across a retailer's HQ — merchandising, operations, real estate/asset protection, sustainability — to multi-thread the relationship and reduce single-point-of-contact risk.
  • Escalation Management: Manage problem resolution with urgency, conducting root-cause analysis and coordinating internally to protect the partnership.
  • Marketing Partnership: Work with marketing teams to increase kiosk visibility and drive incremental foot traffic within partner locations. Develop and support initiatives that enhance in-store awareness and customer engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with operations & regulatory teams to execute new kiosk installs smoothly.
  • Market Awareness: Track industry trends and competitive activity, using real-time insight to spot new opportunities within your accounts.
  • Business Development Support: Partner with the Business Development team on channel expansion opportunities and the onboarding of newly signed accounts within your territory.
  • Forecasting & Planning: Manage account level installation and removal forecasts
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as the internal voice of the customer, ensuring retailer feedback shapes product, marketing, and operational decisions.

Your Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of account management, retail partnerships, or related experience, ideally including time at Senior Manager or Director level
  • Proven record of growing complex, multi-stakeholder retail accounts and hitting revenue/performance targets
  • Advanced Excel skills; comfortable manipulating and interpreting large datasets
  • Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM
  • Strong PowerPoint and executive presentation skills
  • Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Location:

  • Remote; must reside in the United States

Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $125K to $145K
  • This position may also be eligible for short-term and long-term incentives based on individual and company performance.

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided per CA SB 1162 (“CA Pay Transparency Law”). Base pay information is based on market location. Learn more about ecoATM benefits here.

This position may also be eligible for short-term and long-term incentives based on individual and company performance.

This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employee may perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Here at ecoATM/Gazelle we value diversity & belonging and are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.  All applicants are considered without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, veteran status, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected characteristic, and are fairly and equitably compensated based on current market data.
