  • AI-Powered KPI Monitoring: Deploy and manage AI tools and agents to continuously monitor the entire ecosystem of company KPIs, surfacing actionable insights and trends in real time.
  • Agent & Automation Development: Build and implement AI agents to automate manual, repetitive elements of the sales operating cadence (e.g., QBR preparation, forecast calls, reporting workflows), freeing up time for higher-value activities.
  • Sales Workflow Optimization: Identify opportunities to apply AI and machine learning to solve bottlenecks and inefficiencies in sales processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable solutions.
  • Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Analyze sales data using advanced analytics and AI models to provide recommendations that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  • Reporting & Dashboarding: Develop and maintain dynamic, AI-enhanced dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators and sales metrics.
  • Sales Tools & System Enhancements: Partner with Sales, RevOps, and IT to evaluate, implement, and optimize AI-powered sales tools and platforms.
  • Project Management: Lead and support cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all processes—AI-driven and manual—adhere to company policies, industry standards, and best practices.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, RevOps, or a similar role, with a strong focus on AI/automation.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in building agents and AI-powered workflows to automate and optimize business processes.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI, ClickUp AI Agents), and workflow automation platforms.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), data analytics tools (Excel, GSheets, SQL, Tableau), and experience integrating AI solutions into business systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of using AI to drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and build effective partnerships.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Self-starter with a passion for continuous learning, innovation, and process improvement.

What We Offer
  • A collaborative, forward-thinking environment where AI innovation and human partnership are both valued.
  • Opportunities to lead the adoption of AI in sales operations and shape the future of our sales organization.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • A culture that values experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.

If you’re an AI builder who also values strong business relationships and operational excellence, we’d love to meet you. Join us and help redefine what’s possible in Field Operations!
