Compensation: Starting at $27/hour + uncapped commission + 100% of tips + skincare bonuses

As Senior Assistant Store Manager, you are the leader of the store. Reporting directly to the Director of Retail Brand Experience, you drive business results, develop future leaders, and create the luxury retail experience that keeps guests coming back.

WHAT YOU'LL DOLead the Business
  • Own the daily performance of the store.
  • Drive sales, payroll, and operational results.
  • Monitor KPIs including sales, conversion, average ticket, payroll, labor, and customer engagement.
  • Develop action plans that improve store performance.
  • Lead the sales floor and coach in real time.
  • Celebrate wins while holding the team accountable.
Develop Great Leaders
  • Assist with onboarding and retaining top talent.
  • Coach Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, Skincare Specialists and Sales Specialists.
  • Conduct performance reviews and ongoing coaching conversations.
  • Assist in developing future leaders through mentorship and succession planning.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement.
Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience
  • Ensure every guest receives a luxury-level experience.
  • Coach elevated selling behaviors and product demonstrations.
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Build customer loyalty through memorable interactions.
  • Create a fun, energetic, and engaging store culture.
Own Store Operations
  • Assist in scheduling, payroll execution, merchandising, and inventory.
  • Maintain premium visual merchandising standards.
  • Ensure operational excellence and policy compliance.
  • Support inventory accuracy and loss prevention initiatives.
  • Partner with the Director of Retail Brand Experience to execute company initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary leader responsible for daily store operations.
YOU'LL LOVE THIS ROLE IF YOU
  • Have 3–5+ years of retail experience, ideally in luxury, specialty, or premium retail.
  • Have 2+ years leading teams as an Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, or equivalent leadership role.
  • Know how to coach people while driving measurable business results.
  • Understand retail KPIs and know how to turn numbers into action.
  • Enjoy building strong teams and developing future leaders.
  • Want to make a meaningful impact in a growing global brand.
  • Are comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Can lift up to 40 lbs as needed.
  • Maintain a professional appearance aligned with brand standards.
