The Sr. Associate Manager - Marketing Excellence is the driving force behind how the Marketing Acceleration & Insights team drives connection and capabilities across the US organization. This role owns the execution and embedment of agenda needed to unleash a high performing marketing organization.

This role reports to the Sr. Director, Marketing Transformation & Excellence in East Hanover, NJ.
Key Responsibilities
Success in this role looks like building and sustaining the engine that drives marketing excellence across the organization. The candidate will be responsible for:
  • Developing and deploying the ongoing US marketing capabilities agenda including fundamental and new capabilities.

  • Working across the organization to drive execution of new or elevated process and support codifying playbooks and toolkits that enable consistent best practices.

  • Leading the community and connection strategy - designing and leading external engagement planning, internal forums, and cross-functional knowledge sharing that keeps the marketing organization connected and inspired.

  • Translating external learnings and industry best practices into internal action plans that elevate marketing performance.

  • Building and curating the MA&I Knowledge Hub as a central resource for playbooks, processes, workshop guides, external research, and learning content.

  • Developing and tracking KPIs for capability development to measure impact, identify gaps, and inform investment decisions.

  • Providing analytics and insights to inform the broader Marketing Transformation & Excellence strategy.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing or Capabilities roles

  • Foundational understanding of marketing and marketing processes, including commercial and financial aspects

  • Strong data analysis and synthesis skills with ability to leverage into implications for execution.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate and execute inside a dynamic, cross functional environment

  • Strong collaborative skills and ability to influence across teams and functions without direct authority

  • Passion for marketing craft and continuous learning

Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $97,300 to $133,815; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
