We’re looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to play a critical role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive performance across our business.

JOB SUMMARY 

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst serves as a strategic thought partner to business and functional leaders, using advanced analytics, modeling, and visualization to support operational, financial, and strategic decisions. This role works independently on complex problems, leads analytics initiatives, and acts as a subjectmatter resource for less experienced team members.

You will analyze large, complex datasets from multiple sources, build models to evaluate performance and future scenarios, and communicate insights that influence key business outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Analyze, model, and interpret operational, financial, and organizational data to assess business performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop advanced analytical models to evaluate operational changes, market dynamics, and strategic initiatives
  • Build and maintain business intelligence dashboards, reports, and visualizations that clearly communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Partner crossfunctionally with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Leadership to support datadriven decisionmaking
  • Quantify the impact of business initiatives and provide scenario and sensitivity analyses to support planning and investment decisions
  • Apply statistical, mathematical, and predictive modeling techniques to highvolume, complex datasets
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within business segments and competitive markets
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Lead or significantly contribute to analytics projects and ongoing performance tracking initiatives
  • Act as a resource and mentor to analysts with less experience, sharing best practices and analytical approaches

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a related discipline
  • Strong experience analyzing large datasets and building analytical or financial models
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and spreadsheetbased modeling
  • Demonstrated expertise with business intelligence, visualization tools, and data warehouse (e.g., SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
  • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complex business questions
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain insights and recommendations
