About Snorkel

At Snorkel, we believe meaningful AI doesn’t start with the model, it starts with the data.

We’re on a mission to help enterprises transform expert knowledge into specialized AI at scale. The AI landscape has gone through incredible changes since 2015, when Snorkel started as a research project in the Stanford AI Lab, to the generative AI breakthroughs of today. But one thing has remained constant: the data you use to build AI is the key to achieving differentiation, high performance, and production-ready systems. We work with some of the world’s largest organizations to empower scientists, engineers, financial experts, product creators, journalists, and more to build custom AI with their data faster than ever before. Excited to help us redefine how AI is built? Apply to be the newest Snorkeler!

About The Role

The Senior Business Systems Analyst will be a key member of Snorkel’s Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales and Delivery stakeholders to understand operational needs and ensure our systems, especially Salesforce, are configured to support how our teams sell, deliver, and scale customer engagements.

You will also collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Analytics, Legal and Enablement teams to ensure new processes, system updates, and workflow improvements are aligned across the organization and do not negatively impact downstream systems or operational dependencies.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with Sales and Delivery leadership to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for operational systems and workflows.
  • Translate business needs into scalable system designs and implement solutions directly in Salesforce, including objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and configuration updates.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Analytics, Delivery, and Supply) to ensure system changes and new processes align across teams and do not negatively impact downstream systems.
  • Implement SOPs, governance frameworks, and system controls to improve Salesforce data hygiene and maintain Salesforce as a trusted source of truth.
  • Evaluate existing operational processes and recommend system and workflow improvements that increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Support the rollout of new system capabilities and enhancements across Salesforce and connected business systems.
  • Ensure system changes are properly tested, documented, and communicated to stakeholders.
  • Partner with Enablement to ensure systems and new processes are effectively adopted and consistently utilized across teams.
  • Manage system change requests and collaborate with RevOps leadership on prioritization and rollout planning.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar operational roles
  • Strong experience gathering and translating business requirements into system solutions
  • Salesforce Administrator certification with hands-on experience in Salesforce administration and configuration
  • Familiarity with system integrations or workflow automation tools.
  • Experience supporting Sales and Delivery operational workflows
  • Strong documentation and process mapping skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment
Bonus Points For
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or AI/technology companies.

Location: Bay Area strongly preferred, Open to Remote.
