Job Description:
ABOUT THE ROLE
Phreesia is looking for a Sr. Client Services Associate to join our growing Client Solutions team. As one of the first points of contact for new clients, you will guide healthcare practices through a structured onboarding journey, ensuring they go live on the Phreesia platform with confidence and achieve early, measurable value.
This is a foundation role within Client Solutions, deliberately built to give you product depth, client relationship skills, and business acumen that open multiple career paths across our client-facing teams. From day one, you'll work alongside experienced Consultants, Client Success Managers and cross-functional partners in Support, Product, and Sales.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own end-to-end onboarding for newly contracted clients, managing project timelines, stakeholder communications, and go-live milestones
- Serve as the primary implementation contact, guiding clients through product configuration, workflow setup, and initial staff training
- Partner closely with Client Success Managers to ensure a seamless handoff from implementation to ongoing engagement, and build the skills to own that engagement yourself over time
- Proactively engage clients to drive adoption and usage of Phreesia products and features, ensuring they realize maximum business value
- Collaborate with Support, Product Management, Sales, and Business Development to resolve issues and escalate risks proactively
- Monitor product usage trends and key performance indicators to anticipate client risks early and address them before they affect satisfaction or retention
- Track key onboarding KPIs — time-to-live, product activation rates, and early satisfaction scores — and report on progress
- Document client configurations, feedback, and implementation outcomes to support process improvement and institutional knowledge
- Surface recurring client feedback and product gaps to the Product Management team to inform roadmap priorities
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong organizational skills — comfortable managing multiple concurrent client engagements
- Clear communicator, written and verbal, with ease presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Customer-first mindset with experience managing relationships with internal or external stakeholders
- Problem-solver with adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Comfortable working within software platforms; experience with CRM or project management tools is a plus
- Confident, high-energy, and a genuine team player who lifts others around them
- Up to 50% travel may be required in accordance with current health and safety guidelines
GROW WITH US — YOUR PATH FORWARD
Phreesia values internal mobility and invests in your long-term development from day one. This role is a strong foundation for a broader Client Solutions career.

Transitions are based on individual performance, demonstrated skills, and available business opportunities. Your manager will work with you to build a tailored development plan aligned to your aspirations and Phreesia's evolving needs. You must be meeting or exceeding performance expectations in your current role to be considered for any internal move.
