Join our team in a pivotal role that drives business growth through expert content creation, strategic communication, and bid management. As the Senior Commercial Bid and Content Marketing Manager at OP360, you will oversee the coordination of brand content marketing and lead the development of compelling proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
Role Summary:
As the lead content creator and quality control specialist, you will be responsible for developing prospect/client-facing materials, including proposals, case studies, and presentation decks. Additionally, you will oversee the strategic coordination of brand content marketing, focusing on creating positive brand awareness and supporting revenue growth through value-added thought leadership content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop prospect/client-facing materials, tailoring content to address needs, pain points, and priorities effectively.
- Manage end-to-end content creation, from writing to design oversight, ensuring cross-departmental coordination.
- Lead the strategic coordination of brand content marketing, including social media management and campaign support.
- Collaborate with Sales and Client Services to produce high-quality, relevant, and impactful prospect/client-facing materials.
- Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders to share best practices and ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of proposals, presentation slides, and other sales materials.
- Maintain internal content databases and templated files, ensuring they are current and well-organized.
Organizational Structure:
- Report to the VP of Marketing.
- Work closely with the Creative, Sales, and Client Services Teams.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success.
Requirements
Key Skills and Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in technical writing, creative writing, or proposal management.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working under tight deadlines.
- Advanced creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and presentation skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Location: Philippines (Remote)
Hours: 8am to 5pm EST or 11am to 8pm EST
Level of Experience: 5 years +
