  • Support Sales and Customer Success with targeted enablement materials and campaign-specific playbooks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Optimization

  • Build centralized customer growth programs that can be deployed and localized through Field Channel Marketers (FCMs) to drive consistent, scalable impact.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities, align on customer goals, and co-develop campaigns that strengthen retention.
  • Collaborate across Campaigns, Lifecycle Marketing, and Product Marketing to ensure unified messaging and timing across the customer journey.
  • Work with Revenue Operations to ensure accurate attribution and reporting, and continuously pilot new technologies and approaches to improve customer engagement and campaign efficiency.
Must Haves
  • 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on customer marketing, expansion, or demand generation.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable pipeline and revenue impact through integrated campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of campaign planning, segmentation, and personalization strategies for existing customers.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
