Job Summary

 

We are seeking a solution oriented, customer obsessed outbound marketing manager focusing on customer acquisition and funnel expansion in the AI, datacenter and communication markets.  Successful candidate will deliver design-win success and pipeline growth by partnering with regional sales to identify growth opportunities, promote system-level solutions and execute targeted customer engagement strategies It is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position. 


Desired Outcomes:

 

  • Accelerate funnel expansion by working with regional sales on funnel goals and expansion strategy; track progress and make data-driven adjustments to engagement tactics 
  • Maximize design-wins by equipping sales team with clear directions and knowledge on target accounts, use cases, SiTime solutions, and customer engagement tactics
  • Enable solution-based selling by crafting application specific value propositions and messaging at the system level for high growth accounts and verticals
  • Expand footprints within strategic accounts in key verticals by building customer relationships from management to key architects and executing account specific marketing plans
  • Drive lead generation and mind share through regional outreach programs, in collaboration with Digital Customer Experience team
  • Synthesize market trends and customer insights into actionable customer engagement tactics

 

Qualifications & Requirements:  

  • 5+ years of successful experience in marketing or business development with a focus on solution-based go-to-market strategy and system selling
  • Proven success in driving design-wins and funnel expansion in collaboration with regional sales team
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into action plans
  • Self-starter with a track record of delivering results independently
  • Familiarity with datacenter technology, ecosystem and value chain preferred
  • Experience in timing and semiconductor desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical field (electrical or computer engineering, etc.). MBA is a plus

Compensation: 


At SiTime, we believe great work deserves great rewards. We offer a comprehensive and highly competitive compensation package designed to attract top talent. 

 

The annual base salary range for this role is $138,960.00 - $191,070.00. The final offer is determined by factors such as location, experience, education, and training.


In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a quarterly bonus tied to the achievement of innovation goals—reflecting our commitment to recognizing meaningful impact. We also offer equity grants, providing a meaningful opportunity to share in the company’s future growth and success.
