Join us at a pivotal moment: we're a team of builders and innovators rearchitecting what a wealth management platform can be, and looking for people who want to help lead that next chapter.

You’ll own the engine that turns attention into qualified pipeline: webinars, events, paid media and HubSpot nurtures. This is a hands-on role for a marketer who sets the strategy and also does the work. You’ll partner with Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps and ABM to reach senior buyers across long, complex sales cycles.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

  • Pipeline plan: Build and run the demand gen plan against pipeline and bookings targets across broker-dealers, RIAs and enterprise wealth firms.
  • Webinars: Run the program end to end: topics and speakers, promotion, production, follow-up and on-demand reuse. Measure it on attendance, conversion to MQL and pipeline influence, not registrations.
  • Events support: Support our presence at industry, client and prospect events: outreach beforehand, meeting booking and follow-up afterward.
  • Paid media: Manage LinkedIn, Google, programmatic display and media buys against clear cost and pipeline targets.
  • HubSpot: Own nurtures, lead scoring, segmentation, A/B testing and attribution, plus a clean handoff to Sales.
  • Conversion: Keep testing landing pages, offers, creative and CTAs to improve conversion from MQL to SQL to opportunity.
  • ABM partnership: Bring target accounts into your programs and keep messaging and pipeline reporting aligned with our ABM targets.
  • Reporting: Forecast and report pipeline sourced and influenced, conversion rates and ROI by channel, then move budget to what works.
  • Team and partners: Manage agencies and vendors.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 6–9 years in B2B SaaS demand generation, ideally selling to enterprise or financial services buyers.
  • A track record of running webinar programs that produced pipeline, not just registrations.
  • Proven success in building and executing full-funnel digital campaigns that drive measurable revenue growth.
  • Experience measuring in-person events and trade shows, including pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up.
  • Hands-on HubSpot expertise: workflows, lead scoring, segmentation and reporting.
  • Practical experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, programmatic display and retargeting.
  • Good grasp of attribution and long sales cycles, and you let data drive your decisions.
  • Clear writing and the judgment to work across Sales, Product Marketing, ABM and leadership.

 What success looks like

  • 6 months: A webinar program running on a regular schedule with clear pipeline attribution, a refreshed lead-scoring model, and a channel dashboard Sales trusts.
  • 12 months: Measurable growth in marketing-sourced pipeline and MQL-to-SQL conversion.
