Job Description

We are looking for a Sr. Digital Designer to join the Revelyst Golf Technology team. Revelyst Golf Technology consists of Foresight Sports, Bushnell Golf and Golf Logix. In this role you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our digital products and campaigns, ensuring a cohesive and impactful user experience across all touchpoints. This position requires a strong understanding of UX/UI principles, branding, and storytelling, along with hands-on design execution skills. 

This position reports to the Director, Creative Design and is currently based in San Diego but will be moving to our new, state-of-the-art Golf Technology headquarters in Carlsbad, CA. The move will roll out in phases across 2026, beginning with initial team moves in June and continuing throughout the year.

  

As Sr. Digital Designer, you will have an opportunity to: 

  • Oversee the development of digital graphic content assets to be used for online advertising, web sites, social media, trade show or related events, customer sales materials, and proprietary software. 

  • Successfully develop digital assets from conception to final production under defined deadlines, including the management of internal design team members (ex: junior designers) and external content & service providers (ex: contract designers, web developers). 

  • Directly prepare and deliver approved files for production or oversee the preparation by junior team members. 

  • Proof documents, guides, manuals, email blasts, etc. 

  • Manage all produced (digital) assets according to departmental and company standards. 

  • Mentor junior design team members as needed.  

  • Participate in team or individual initiatives designed to improve standards and procedures. 

  • Establish and maintain an effective file archiving process to manage a large inventory of digital artwork, including file naming conventions and internal & external personnel access. 

 

You have:  

  • 3+ years previous design experience in a similar role 

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator 

  • Ability to operate under solid pressure and meet tight deadlines 

  • Ability to manage internal and external design resources according to established project goals and deadlines 

  • Effective communication skills. 

  • Strong ability to multitask while producing accurate, high-quality work within specific deadlines 

  • Strong collaboration skills with co-workers and other departments within a team environment 

  • Possess high degree of discretion, integrity, professionalism, and accountability 

 

You might have: 

  • In-depth familiarity with the game of golf, and golf technology such as launch monitors and simulators 

  • Content production and social media management experience 

  • Gaming, hardware, software experience

Pay Range:

Annual Salary: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
