The RoleAt CCC, Client Success is a commercial growth function. 27 of the top 30 insurance carriers run on CCC. Our Client Success team is accountable for ensuring customers getting full value from what they bought and the relationship growing from there.​
We’re looking for a Sr. Director, Client Success to lead a large, high-impact organization at the center of how clients realize value from CCC. In this role, you will lead the future-state Client Success model across strategic relationship ownership, product-led adoption, and scaled execution—cutting through complexity, raising the bar on performance, and building a function that drives measurable customer and business outcomes.


 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Strategic Client Success organization across account leadership, product-focused adoption, and team performance

  • Set the direction for how Client Success drives adoption, expansion, and client value across the business

  • Build a high-performing organization with clear roles, strong leaders, and consistent execution

  • Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Product, Operations, and other functions to improve outcomes and remove friction

  • Drive operating discipline, accountability, and performance across a large, multi-layered organization

  • Shape how customer insights, product expertise, and commercial opportunities come together to drive growth

  • Lead through change and continue refining the model as the organization learns and evolves

How Success Is Measured

  • Time to Value: Time from contract to first meaningful usage

  • Adoption: % increase in utilization by product by client

  • Renewal & Expansion: Net revenue retention within existing accounts


 

Requirements:
  • 15+ years in B2B SaaS, ideally in Client Success, Account Management, or a similar enterprise role

  • 8+ years leading managers and teams of teams

  • Proven ability to build high-performing, scaled organizations and lead through major change

  • Strong strategic thinker and operator who can turn complexity into clear priorities and action

  • Commercially minded, with strong ownership of customer value, growth, and organizational performance

  • Collaborates across the organization and influences senior leaders effectively

  • Strong judgment, leadership presence, and the ability to raise the bar across a large organization
