Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Demand Generation Marketer to lead and execute multi-channel demand generation and account-based marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth and revenue for our B2B business. This role requires a strategic thinker and planner with a proven track record of developing and implementing innovative marketing programs that deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of marketers responsible for the full funnel of the Datasite Americas business, including ABM, marketing campaigns, and email marketing.
  • Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Account-Based Marketing: Develop our 1:1, 1:many, and programmatic ABM efforts across top private equity, investment banking, and corporate segments, to land and expand in our most key accounts.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, paid advertising, webinars, and events.
  • Lead Generation: Drive high-quality lead generation through targeted campaigns and effective lead nurturing programs.
  • Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and inside sales teams to provide them with the tools, content, and insights they need to close deals.
  • Data Analysis and Optimization: Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in B2B demand generation marketing.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and revenue.
  • Strong understanding of funnel marketing, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies, including digital, events, outbound, and out-of-home, as well as ABM platform experience such as 6sense or Demandbase.
  • Experience with data-driven marketing and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Able to be hands-on and independent when appropriate.

Preferred

  • Experience in technology or SaaS companies.
  • Experience in driving demand for B2B financial companies, including mergers and acquisitions.
  • Experience with a broad range of marketing tools (Analytics, Automation, CRM, ++).

Work Location & Flexibility

This position can be located remotely however if the candidate is based in our Minneapolis or New York City locations the office follows a hybrid work model. Employees in these locations are expected to work on-site a minimum of two days per week. Please note that specific business units or role requirements may necessitate additional in-office days based on team collaboration needs or operational priorities.

The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position based on a good faith assessment of the role and market data at the time of posting. Consistent with applicable law, each candidate’s compensation offer may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, your geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience along with the requirements of the position. This position may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or overtime if applicable. Benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), a retirement savings plan, paid time off, and other employee benefits. Specific details will be provided during the interview process. Datasite reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.

$170,000.00 - $297,200.00
