Leads Carenet’s enterprise HR technology and transformation strategy, including the Workday HCM roadmap, implementation, optimization, integrations, governance, data strategy, analytics, automation, responsible AI, vendors, budgets, and process improvement. Partners with executive and cross-functional stakeholders to improve HR service delivery, compliance, employee experience, and decision support. Builds and manages teams across HR systems, people analytics, data governance, process improvement, and program delivery.
Overview
We are hiring for a Senior Director, HR Tech and Transfer, who will lead Carenet’s enterprise HR technology, data, analytics, and process transformation strategy. This role will own the multi-year HR technology roadmap, lead the implementation and optimization of our enterprise HCM platform, and oversee the broader HR technology ecosystem.
