  • Enable partner sales teams: Build and deliver training, playbooks, battlecards, presentations and other enablement resources that help bankers, treasury sales officers and product partners recognize qualifying opportunities and communicate TreviPay's value proposition credibly.
  • Build joint pipeline: Partner with FI sales teams on account mapping, detailed relationship planning, campaign support and pipeline reviews to identify retention, expansion and new-client opportunities within the partner's commercial portfolio.
  • Lead consultative selling and solution design: Develop a thorough understanding of TreviPay's B2B payments and invoicing solutions and clearly communicate value to clients and their customers. Use insight-based selling to connect payment solutions to measurable business needs.
  • Advance complex opportunities: Lead investigation, discovery, product demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, presentations and deal development for qualified opportunities. Sell effectively to the different personas within large-enterprise buying groups and collaborate with the internal selling team throughout longer sales cycles.
  • Develop strategic relationships: Foster trusted relationships with partner sales leadership, bankers, relationship managers, product partners and client stakeholders, including C-suite decision-makers. Represent TreviPay professionally in all interactions.
  • Drive commercial outcomes: Achieve or exceed revenue and profitability goals, maintain an accurate working forecast, and derive strategic account plans from partner and client go-to-market strategies.
  • Support co-marketing and partner activation: Collaborate with Marketing on partner-facing collateral, campaigns and incentive structures designed to increase partner engagement and prioritize TreviPay solutions.
  • Create executive-ready communications: Develop presentations for partner enablement, end-user training, conferences, client meetings and internal updates, adapting complex information for varied audiences.
What do I need to succeed?Essential

  • Significant experience developing and implementing commercial or sales strategy, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience selling financial solutions and communicating complex payment concepts in a clear, concise and persuasive way.
  • Proven ability to lead consultative discovery, demonstrations and presentations with senior stakeholders and complex buying groups.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills across partner sales organizations, internal teams and enterprise clients.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Highly organized, responsive and able to prioritize, problem-solve and operate effectively in a matrix environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%.
Desirable
  • Experience working with or within a bank, card issuer or commercial card sales organization.
  • Experience building partner enablement content, including playbooks, battlecards, training or certification programs.
