Job Description:

Pluralsight is hiring a Sr. Director, Revenue Marketing, North America to lead how we generate and accelerate pipeline across our Enterprise, Commercial, Public Sector, and Partner/Channel businesses. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Marketing, you’ll be the senior marketing partner to North America Sales leadership and decide where our people, programs, and budget go for the biggest impact. This is a chance to build a team and shape a marketing organization at a mission-driven company that helps the world’s tech workforce keep learning and growing. You’ll do it in a flexible, inclusive environment where taking on new challenges is part of the job.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the North America revenue marketing strategy and operating plan, turning company and Sales priorities into integrated plans across Enterprise, Commercial, Public Sector, and Partner/Channel
  • Own Marketing’s contribution to North America pipeline and revenue, including pipeline generation and acceleration, customer expansion, and funnel performance
  • Partner with North America Sales leadership on growth opportunities, pipeline gaps, account priorities, and go-to-market execution
  • Decide the right mix of field marketing, events, digital, lifecycle, account-based marketing, content, and partner programs to reach business goals
  • Lead Public Sector and Partner/Channel marketing, building repeatable joint programs that generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
  • Own the North America Revenue Marketing budget, using data to make smart investment tradeoffs, adjust quickly, and share performance and recommendations with executive leadership
  • Build, coach, and grow a team of marketing leaders and individual contributors, setting clear priorities and raising the quality bar

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology marketing
  • A track record of marketing to Enterprise and Strategic accounts
  • Experience developing Public Sector marketing strategies or building and scaling Partner/Channel marketing programs
  • Hands-on experience with account-based and lifecycle marketing strategies, plus familiarity with modern CRM, marketing automation, account-based marketing, and analytics platforms
  • A builder’s mindset: you simplify complex problems, create clarity, and make timely decisions when the path isn’t fully defined
  • A collaborative, team-first approach, with the ability to coach others, delegate well, and build trust and healthy debate across Sales, Marketing, and Partners

Requirements

  • 12+ years of B2B marketing experience, including significant experience in revenue marketing, demand generation, field marketing, integrated marketing, or related disciplines
  • 8+ years of people leadership experience, with demonstrated success leading and developing experienced marketers and/or marketing leaders
  • Proven experience owning marketing strategy and business outcomes for a major region, market, or business segment
  • Demonstrated success building integrated marketing strategies that generate pipeline and contribute to measurable revenue outcomes
  • Strong experience partnering with senior Sales leaders in a closely aligned Sales and Marketing environment
  • Experience managing budgets and making investment decisions based on performance and business opportunity
  • Ability to influence senior and executive stakeholders and communicate strategy, performance, and tradeoffs clearly
  • Degree-level qualification in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Travel: Travel expectations differ by role. Some quota-bearing sales positions involve limited travel, while others may involve travel of up to 40%, depending on business needs.
  • This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach enables more effective collaboration, quicker decision-making, and a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.
