Project Scope
We are seeking a Senior Consultant – Revenue Cycle Technology to deliver hands-on Epic implementation and optimization workstreams across the full revenue cycle. This role will design, configure, and operationalize front-end through back-end solutions, support go-live success, and drive measurable revenue cycle performance improvement for a healthcare organization over a multi-year engagement.
Position Summary
The Senior Consultant – Revenue Cycle Technology will serve as a hands-on Epic technical resource responsible for leading revenue cycle workstreams from current-state analysis through go-live and post-live stabilization. This individual will work closely with client leaders, technical teams, and vendors to design system-enabled future-state solutions and ensure successful implementation and optimization outcomes. The ideal candidate brings deep Epic configuration experience across middle and back-end revenue cycle functions and a strong track record of delivering in complex healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Epic revenue cycle implementations and optimizations across revenue cycle initiatives.
- Analyze current-state workflows and design system-enabled future-state solutions aligned to organizational goals.
- Design, test, and deploy Epic applications and reports across revenue cycle workstreams.
- Support training, go-live readiness, command center activities, and post go-live stabilization efforts.
- Collaborate with client leaders, technical teams, and vendors to resolve issues and deliver outcomes.
- Document configuration decisions, workflow designs, and testing results in accordance with project standards.
- Drive measurable revenue cycle performance improvement through Epic-enabled solutions.
Qualifications
- Hands-on Epic HB configuration experience with Resolute HB and/or Revenue Guardian required.
- Expertise across middle and back-end revenue cycle functions.
- Experience supporting full Epic implementations or large-scale optimizations.
- Strong communication skills with executive, operational, and technical audiences.
- Ability to travel on a project basis as required.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
