Job Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical Sr. Financial Analyst to support our global Project FP&A function. This role will serve as a key business partner to cross-functional teams and regional finance stakeholders, with a strong focus on project P&L analysis, margin forecasting, and financial modeling. Comfortable working across Sales Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain to improve forecast accuracy, margin visibility, and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support company-wide project margin forecasting, and rolling forecasts
  • Develop and maintain detailed project P&L models, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Analyze margin drivers and variances, providing actionable insights to FP&A leadership and business partners
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Procurement, and Supply Chain to improve project financial visibility
  • Assist in driving process improvements to streamline forecasting, reporting, and analysis
  • Support regional finance teams to ensure accurate intercompany reporting and reduce audit risks
  • Contribute to finance system upgrades and process improvement initiatives
  • Prepare management reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses for leadership

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience supporting Project FP&A, preferably in Solar industry

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • In depth knowledge of supply chain operations in contract manufacturing
  • Experience working with operational ERP systems and intercompany processes in a multinational organization
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and regions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communication skills

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$150,000.00. (Applicable to California)
