About the Role:

We’re hiring a Senior Growth Marketer to lead and build our verticalization growth framework  improving product adoption, activation, and expansion across key industry segments.

This is a highly strategic, builder-style role. You will not simply execute campaigns — you will design and implement a repeatable system for driving above-baseline growth in specific industries.

You will spend:

  • 50% of your time focused on the Marketing Agency avatar

  • 50% expanding into additional priority industries (e.g., Home Services and other high-growth verticals)

Your mission: deeply understand how businesses in each vertical succeed (or struggle) with HighLevel, and create structured, scalable resources that improve their onboarding, activation, and long-term growth.

This role is ideal for someone who can create clarity from complexity, build structure from scratch, and operate with high autonomy.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Vertical Growth Framework

  • Build and implement a repeatable framework to drive adoption and growth across priority industries

  • Identify vertical-specific friction points and translate insights into measurable growth initiatives

Marketing Agency Vertical (50%)

  • Own growth strategy, education, and positioning for the agency segment

  • Improve onboarding, activation, and expansion through targeted content and cross-functional initiatives

Expansion Verticals (50%)

  • Research and prioritize high-opportunity industries (e.g., Home Services)

  • Develop industry-specific playbooks, courses, messaging, and growth strategies

Education & Cross-Functional Impact

  • Create scalable training and content that simplifies complex product capabilities

  • Partner with Product and Customer facing teams to improve vertical-specific user experience and adoption

Public Speaking & Events

  • Represent HighLevel at conferences, meetups, and industry events

  • Speak confidently about the product, use cases, and industry growth strategies

  • Travel 25% or more to attend and present at events

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience building strategy from zero, not just optimizing existing systems

  • Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts

  • Comfort with public speaking, workshops, and customer-facing environments

  • Strategic thinking paired with executional excellence

  • Ability to operate autonomously and create structure where none exists

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to tie initiatives to measurable growth impact

  • Comfort influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority

Experience/Education/Certifications Required:

  • 5+ years in growth marketing, product marketing, lifecycle, or product-led growth roles

  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, product onboarding patterns, and B2B user journeys.

  • Comfortable leading initiatives across multiple stakeholders and delivering results without needing formal authority.

Why HighLevel?

  • High-growth company with a devoted user base and a huge market opportunity

  • A unique chance to shape not just product marketing, but also education and certification strategy

  • Collaborative team culture

  • Smart, passionate colleagues and room to lead

The salary range for this position is $89000- $110000 annually.
