Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a remote Senior Functional Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Functional Consultant at Mosaic, you will be a trusted partner to our clients by consulting and supporting them through the launch of their UKG Pro system along with a variety of post-live projects. In this role, you would lead the clients’ implementation from discovery through go-live, ensuring that their UKG Pro system is fully optimized and proactively addressing any obstacles along the way.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Provide a consultative approach by partnering with clients to produce exceptional results while building trust and commitment
  • Build meaningful relationships with our clients and advise them how to best use their UKG Pro system
  • Guide and manage a small team of consultants by providing shadowing opportunities where appropriate for peer growth, and assist in ramping up new team members to ensure they have the training needed to be self-sufficient
  • Lead, engage, and motivate your team to accomplish developmental and company goals
  • Draw on your industry and HRIS expertise to recommend and implement UKG Pro solutions
  • Use system analysis techniques, including consulting with users, managers, and executives to determine software and system functional specifications
  • Document, analyze, test and modify UKG Pro system based on and related to client and system design specifications
  • Model Mosaic’s customer service vision of Guide, Anticipate, Exceed

 

How you’ll be measured:

  • Maintaining target utilization rate
  • Maintaining Core and one additional UKG certification and is considered a SME
  • Completion of projects on time and on budget that meet the project’s requirements
  • Strong ability to develop complex functional design solutions in the Core product (or specialty area) that meet clients’ needs
  • Mentoring Functional Consultants through first projects and delegating functional solutions to others
  • Demonstrating excellent consulting skills, including relationship building, communication and responsiveness, land & expand awareness, focus on quality of deliverables, setting and managing expectations, and providing sound recommendations to clients
  • Managing day-to-day operational activities, including timekeeping and maintaining your book of business

  • 7+ years of HRIS consulting experience
  • Expert UKG Pro configuration and optimization skills
  • Ability to work fully remote and travel up to 40% as needed for client work

  • A completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University
