Job Description

A Day in the Life 

The SR HRIS Analyst uses a proactive approach to system design, technology enhancements, process improvements, integrations, project management and ongoing operations of HR/people systems. This role facilitates efficient operations and optimization of assigned systems to meet the current and future business needs of Munson Healthcare. Supports daily maintenance of both production and testing environments of assigned HR systems. Works creatively, independently and with minimal guidance.

 

Qualifications

What’s Required   

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field

  • 10 or more years of increasing responsibility with proven experience in implementing/managing HR systems, managing projects, understanding and optimizing HR processes, managing data, ensuring compliance, and leading cross-functional teams while managing multiple projects
