Job Description

What you'll get to do:

  • Lead the development team and work with project stakeholders
  • Analyze highly complex business requirements 
  • Generate technical specifications to create & redesign complex applications
  • Maintain best practices for development and code changes 
  • Ensure team is meeting software quality standards
  • Define software development project plans (scope, schedule, and implementation)

Must have knowledge:

  • 10+ years Java software development experience
  • Experience leading a development team and working w/project stakeholders
  • Experience working with onsite and offshore development teams
  • Spring / Hibernate / JUnit
  • HTML / CSS / JavaScript
  • WebLogic/Tomcat
  • Web Services
  • SOA, SOAP, Oracle, DB2, MongoDB
  • SQL and query performance tuning

Nice to have:

  • Code management and continuous integration techniques 
  • BS / BA in applicable field
