- Lead the development team and work with project stakeholders
- Analyze highly complex business requirements
- Generate technical specifications to create & redesign complex applications
- Maintain best practices for development and code changes
- Ensure team is meeting software quality standards
- Define software development project plans (scope, schedule, and implementation)
Must have knowledge:
- 10+ years Java software development experience
- Experience leading a development team and working w/project stakeholders
- Experience working with onsite and offshore development teams
- Spring / Hibernate / JUnit
- HTML / CSS / JavaScript
- WebLogic/Tomcat
- Web Services
- SOA, SOAP, Oracle, DB2, MongoDB
- SQL and query performance tuning
Nice to have:
- Code management and continuous integration techniques
- BS / BA in applicable field
