Join us on our mission to empower more people to find their way home by breaking barriers to entry, making the right connections, and building confidence through expert guidance.

Realtor.com® is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, CRM to own the end-to-end messaging strategy that turns Realtor.com®+™ users into deeply engaged, long-term customers. This is a hands-on, strategic role at the intersection of product and marketing. You will architect and optimize the communication layer of our product, ensuring every user is guided toward the high-value actions that define a successful Realtor.com+ experience.

You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders–Product, Engineering Brand/Creative, Analytics, CRM, and Program Implementation–to build automated lifecycle programs that move users from sign-up to deep adoption, driving engagement and long-term platform stickiness.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the lifecycle messaging strategy for Realtor.com+, designing and building automated "always-on" email and in-app message series triggered by user behavior to drive activation and ongoing engagement.
  • Manage and optimize the activation funnel, creating and iterating on engagement series that move users from sign-up to power-user across the core product actions.
  • Drive cross-functional integration by partnering directly with Product and Engineering to align lifecycle messages with automated system alerts, ensuring a single, cohesive brand voice. Collaborate with product teams during pre-launch phases to architect user communication strategies for new features and enhancements.
  • Partner with the Realtor.com consumer CRM team to ensure communications to consumers within the Realtor.com+ environment are treated distinctly from other consumer categories, delivering a tailored and coherent user experience.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the user data that powers Realtor.com+ journeys.
  • Execute with agility, rapidly deploying one-off communications for product feature releases, bug fixes, and time-sensitive business milestones.
  • Run continuous A/B tests on copy, timing, and channel to constantly improve conversion rates and move users toward deeper product adoption.
  • Establish and track key lifecycle KPIs, including activation rates, engagement depth, retention metrics, and user lifetime value, reporting results and insights to marketing leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Act as the strategic voice of your business line with senior leaders, confidently presenting product direction, business impact, and performance updates. Create presentation decks that document and summarize key test results.

How We Work:

We balance creativity and innovation on a foundation of in-person collaboration. For most roles, our employees work three or more days in our offices, where they have the opportunity to collaborate in-person, adding richness to our culture and knitting us closer together.

What You'll Bring:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, with a track record of owning end-to-end campaign programs.
  • Hands-on experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing within a SaaS product environment, with a strong understanding of how to drive user activation, feature adoption, and retention.
  • Experience with email and in-app messaging channels, including behavioral triggers, segmentation, and personalization strategies — familiarity with tools like Intercom, Braze, or Cordial is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills — able to interpret engagement data, form hypotheses, run structured tests, and turn results into actionable improvements.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Brand teams, translating product strategy into user communication plans and managing competing priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with a sharp eye for crafting messaging that is clear, on-brand, and compelling across email and in-product surfaces.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a bias toward action and iterative improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
