Responsibilities:

• Develop short-term strategic plans to exceed client goals and deliver on company priorities• Provide support for internal or external clients with day-to-day program management, proposal development, research projects, status reports, meeting recaps, and budget tracking• Develop effective client and retailer relations to facilitate communication and execution with internal departments to ensure that deliverables are successfully achievedEvent/Program Management, to potentially include, program timeline development and management, cost management, pre- and post-promotional analysis, and reporting based on outlined SOPs and best practices• Train, coach, and supervise direct report(s)• Sets goals and operational objectives to achieve operational results. Delegate tasks as appropriate for direct reports


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required
  • 3-5 years of experience in Consumer products, brand, or agency, sales
  • Experience in event execution and/or sales preferred
  • Possess negotiation, project management and research, analysis, and presentation skills; Good Sales presentation and development skills
  • Creative thinker and self-starter who can effectively handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Position Summary

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Supervisory Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

Education Level: (Required) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

     

3-5 years of of CPG industry, sales and marketing agency, Customer, or Client experience.

Experience in event execution and / or sales preferred


Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Possess negotiation, project management and research, analysis, and presentation skills. 
  • Good Sales presentation and development skills
  • Creative thinker and self-starter who is able to effectively handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Strong organization, negotiation, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to present to large and small groups in a variety of settings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with positive attitude.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proficient is MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint

Office / Sedentary Requirements

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job.  Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
