🚀 About Jump

Jump’s mission is to empower financial advisors and their clients to thrive in the age of AI. Our AI assistant helps financial advisors automate the client meeting cycle and other workflows, turning meetings, emails, and documents into structured data, automated workflows, and compliance-ready outputs.

Jump leads its category in market share and customer satisfaction, serving leading financial services firms. We’re building the intelligence layer that powers the modern advisory firm—helping advisors save time, grow faster, and deliver better outcomes for their clients.

Jump’s team values are:

🏎️💨 High Velocity: You are self-driven, use good judgment, and deliver high-quality work at speed.

🌎 World Class: You demonstrate excellence, study what great looks like, continuously learn, and raise the bar for the team.

🤝 Direct + Kind + No Drama: You communicate directly and openly, act with and assume best intent, and handle conflict productively.

💼 About the Role

Jump is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Marketing to build the customer marketing function from the ground up, turning our most successful customers into the proof, references, and advocates that represent next-gen financial advising. You'll find and tell the customer stories that give Sales and Marketing real proof to work with, build an efficient customer reference program, and create an advocacy engine that keeps customers engaged and vocal on our behalf. Along the way, you'll drive a steady output of case studies, high-production videos, and customer-first content to show real social proof everywhere it matters.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

Own Customer Marketing Strategy

  • Own relationships with our flagship customers and drive co-marketing strategies (case studies, joint webinars, co-presentations, joint PR) that elevate both brands.

  • Build the case study and thought leadership engine that gives Sales real proof points, with a focus on producing visible wins fast as we enter new verticals.

  • Own the customer marketing budget, vendor relationships, and reporting on program performance and pipeline influence.

Build Customer Advocacy From the Ground Up

  • Design and launch Jump Club, our incentive program for customer engagement, alongside our referral, review (G2), and community programs.

  • Stand up and run a Customer Advisory Board and user group programming that deepens relationships with our most engaged customers.

  • Create a system of recognition and rewards that turns satisfied customers into public promoters.

Formalize the Customer Reference Program

  • Build a systematic reference program that gives Sales a reliable, always-current bench of approved customers to point to in a deal.

  • Own the end-to-end process: intake, approval, scheduling, and keeping references fresh and healthy over time.

  • Partner with Sales to close the loop on requests quickly, so no deal stalls waiting on a reference.

Partner With CS on Lifecycle and Expansion

  • Own onboarding, adoption, and renewal communications that keep customers engaged from day one.

  • Partner directly with CS on upsell/cross-sell playbooks and campaigns, including onsite events that put thought leadership in front of new parts of an account to drive expansion.

  • Build QBR support materials and account-level nurture that turn retained revenue into expansion revenue.

🎯 What Success Looks LikeIn the first 6 months:
  • Customer Marketing Strategy: You’ve built the goals and supporting programs for a thriving customer marketing function.

  • Proof in Market: Multiple case studies and a thought-leadership campaign are live, along with press releases covering our major customer wins.

  • Reference Readiness: A formal reference program is running with Sales, with a current, healthy bench of approved references and clear SLAs.

  • Advocacy Engine: Jump Club and our G2 review program are live, with measurable growth in reviews, ratings, and referral volume.

  • Built to Scale: Logo rights and customer marketing participation are standard in new contracts, and a formal Sales handoff is in place so every new customer knows how to work with us from day one.

🙌 About You

You may be a strong fit if you have:

  • 5+ years building or scaling a customer marketing function at a high-growth B2B software company, ideally from an early stage.

  • Creative Orientation: a track record of originating customer marketing strategies and programs, not just executing an existing playbook.

  • Fluency in current customer marketing best practices: reference and advocacy programs, review platforms like G2, customer communities, and how AI is changing case study and reference production.

  • Expert communicator and comfortable building content and relationships that resonate with senior stakeholders at major enterprise and financial services accounts.

  • Cross-functional Influence: a track record of getting Sales, CS, and Legal to adopt a new program or process.

✨ Nice to Haves
  • Experience working at a Series A–C company or similarly fast-moving environment.

  • Experience in Financial Services or Wealth Management.

🎁 Benefits
  • ISO Equity options

  • Uncapped Paid Vacation

  • $0 Medical insurance premium for the whole family

  • $500 Workspace Setup Stipend

  • Dental, vision, & Indemnity coverage

  • HSA, FSA, & Dependent Care FSA

  • Company-paid Life Insurance

  • Tax-free Commuter savings

  • 401(k) available
